Lowlife Scum Set Mother Cat on Fire

A pair of turds in human form chose to set their grandmother's cat on fire. While my knee-jerk reaction is to say, an eye for an eye--douse them with napalm and let them run around in circles trying to put it out--we are still a civilized society. Thus these monsters should be incarcerated in a facility for the criminally insane for life. There is no curing such individuals, just as there is no curing child molesters. They will not only harm other innocent animals, they will eventually move on to human victims. They are serial killers in the making.
Some kind soul set up a petition for humane education. This is one step, but there is another that needs to be taken. Acts of felony animal cruelty need to carry far stricter penalties. The current statutes on such crimes are a joke.
