A...what?

This little creature is called a Numbat. I had never heard of them before today. They are only about a foot long from tip to tail. Sadly, they are very endangered. There are only about 1000 of them left in the wild. They live in Western Australia. Their diet consists mainly of termites. I would think that this makes them a very desirable animal--I don't know anyone who likes termites much!
